• Please note that we will not be returning any materials and data provided by you.
• We do not accept any inquiries over the phone nor submission through postal services and by visiting to our office.
• The submitted demo/piece will only be used for the audition, and will not be used for any other purposes.
• We will only be sending emails for callbacks. No inquiries allowed in regards to callback or rejection.

Personal Information

• We (Soundgraphics Inc.) will only use your personal information for the audition and to contact you, and will not disclose the information for any other purposes.
• We may share the information to the partnered entities for the aforementioned purposes.
• We will remove or eradicate any personal information after achieving the purposes.
